Suggested Comment for La Baranda – Ibagué “I would like to share a respectful observation about the Peruvian lomo saltado I was served. The dish came completely soaked in soy sauce, in an excessive amount. I have eaten lomo saltado in Peru and in many specialized restaurants, and it is never prepared that way. Soy sauce is used only in a minimal touch, not to cover the entire meat. Besides altering the authentic flavor of the dish, that amount of soy sauce can be risky for people who are sensitive to sodium or who have high blood pressure. Other than that, the food at the restaurant is excellent, the place is very pleasant, and the service is very good. That is exactly why I share this comment constructively—to help ensure that such a representative dish maintains the proper standard your kitchen is known for.”

I was looking forward to eat Mazorcada or Desgranada but here it doesn’t have cheese!!!! … the cheese in this kind of dish is pretty important and it could be possible to add more salsas, the chips (plantain) were so salty. The service was good but we must to ask in different opportunities for attention, the music was so loud so if you are going for a dinner be prepare to repeat or speak loud

My first day in Ibague and first meal was amazing as you can see we ate it all. Nice to have Vegan options.
